JOB TITLE:Integrated Circuit Engineering Manager

About The Role

Oculi is looking for a strong experienced individual with good technical fundamentals and leadership skills to lead its chip design team.

 

This position is responsible for managing an engineering team across multiple global locations, acting as the primary focal point for the technical team with Oculi’s leadership and customers/partners, managing schedule, budget, and manpower for projects, hiring and mentoring of employees, preparing technical and commercial reports and materials.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of chip design management experience with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful chip product throughout its lifecycle.

• 5+ years of  analog, mixed signal, and/or digital circuit designs. 

• Experience with EDA tools, Synopsys is a plus.

• Experience with imaging sensors and technology is a plus.

• Able to drive decision making across multiple partners/companies and within a high degree of ambiguity.

• Relentless focus on understanding, prioritizing, and solving industry needs.

• Ability to influence and be an effective leader and mentor of a multinational cross-functional team.

• Self-motivated and proactive, able to try new approaches and creatively solve problems.

• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
